I run a landscaping company that my father started over 30 yrs ago. He passed a few yrs ago . Me and my brother took the lead and with the two of us kept this train running. I can confirm being an owner and dealing with all aspects of owning . This isn’t an easy venture and it takes dedication and hard work almost everyday . On our days off we’re still putting out fires to keep everything smooth. One big take away is the stress is nothing compared to the endless 9 to 5 job with a crappy boss and no room to advance. Jobs you hate and have no desire to do will break you more so than feeling the joy of success leading your own ship.
